AKTIIVI Plus helps other projects to turn good practices into products and to advertise these products. The starting point is the view that products are not standardised. With the
\nhelp of the service\u2019s systematic description tools it is easier to understand customer\u2019s needs. The service must communicate clearly to the customers and in such a way that the customers know what is on offer and how they can influence the success of the service.<\/p>\n
