The purpose of this article is to explain how Cvent improved and developed customer flow to Beurs Van Berlage. Beurs Van Berlage is iconic and renovated MICE (Meeting, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) business center in Amsterdam. Before collaborating with Cvent they struggled to organize their events. After that they have become one of the most popular MICE center in Amsterdam.
Home – Beurs van Berlage Is an very unique venue to arrange MICE. but did not have robust online precense. That is why they found way to improve online services, they gained lot of customers and became visible for worldwide RFP (Request for proposal) platform. After Cvent’s distribution platform and team’s creative approach, they have became one of the most sought-after function spaces. Our presence on the Cvent Supplier Network makes it much easier for us to get in front of planners from our key markets.
Like this article shows us that unique place isn’t only, how people find you. You need visibility from other platforms and here comes Cvent for help. In Finland we don’t have this type of platform to inform for our places to arrange MICE. Well of course we all know Messukeskus in Helsinki, but after this we only have a city-pecific system for search. Cvent platform offers you this information from Finland aswell there are a lot hotels for arrange MICE events. I can’t understand how they started their cooperation at 2019, why not before that? After pandemic at 2020 the hype from digital marketing in my mind exploded. Every place wanted to get visibility so the business can continue, how to get visibility is cooperating with one of the marketing provider. Where there any good platforms in 2019 for marketing or have they all come after the pandemic? Honestly i can’t remember the world before pandemic. I think there were, but they were in babyshoes at that point.
YOY (Year over year) increase in RFPs(Request for proposal) received was 232% and YOY increase in received RFP value was 234%.
