Crossfit, it gets hooked!

I’m so glad I moved on to training for this sport three years ago. It’s always nice to go to training and the crowd that goes to this crossfit gym is supportive and inspiring. The team spirit of the gym is communal and positive.

With Crossfit, I have had the pleasure of developing and beating myself in my life. Putting yourself in the discomfort zone may seem clichéd, but in reality it has brought me satisfaction. I’ve found out that if I succeed, I’ll be stronger than ever. On the other hand, however, if I do not achieve the goal at the time, I may have experienced satisfaction that at least I have really tried my best and have not failed to try for fear of failure.
