I had no idea what this course was about just by seeing the name of it on the timetable, but after seeing the contents, it seems very intriguing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My expectations for the course<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I don\u2019t have any experience in marketing rather digital marketing but knowing the basics of business and using common sense, I think I will get thought this course nicely. I have heard and seen the terms and keywords like search engine optimization and MailChimp etc., but I haven\u2019t really delved into them. Photo: <a href=\"https:\/\/pixabay.com\/photos\/coffee-book-flowers-setting-2390136\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pixbay.com<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s funny how I decided to subtract seemingly the use of social media, and immediately we have a course related to them. But I think it\u2019s only fair to learn these digital marketing tools and ways, because it\u2019s crucial channel for reaching the customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m really curious about the contents of this course, and though the exam is always scary thing, I think this is one of my favorite courses of this year. The various tasks and lectures and reading materials combined felt like a lot at first, but now when I\u2019ve gotten time to process the entirety of the course, it doesn\u2019t seem that daunting anymore.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My name is Hanna and I\u2019m participating on this course called Customer experience management in tourism.
