Why New Orleans?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I have always been fond of New Orleans, especially the food culture in it. Since a little kid, I knew I wanted to be a chef and from really early on, I have been interested about the soul food<\/a>. Visiting the The Big Easy<\/strong> has been on my bucket list ever since. New Orleans is truly one of a kind when we are talking about food culture. The indigenous cuisine has got influences from local and haute Creole and New Orleans French cuisines, but it also have traditions from African, Cajun, Cuban, Spanish, Italian, of course also French and even Chinese culture.
