It works off of steam pressure, like an espresso machine, but it usually only hits around 2 or 3 bars rather than 9 bars of pressure.<\/p>\n<p>To\u00a0use a Moka Pot,\u00a0you heat up the water in the bottom chamber. Essentially, it uses steam to push water through the grounds.
