My name is (own name). I’m “coherent and whole”. Welcome to this “Leading Through Change” -meeting. We gather to share our experiences, thoughts and feelings as we are, or have been facing emotional or other crisis (losses) in the past. These experiences might affect us (dis)stress, anxiety, fear, anger, overwhelm, apathy, sadness or loneliness today. By attending on meetings regularly we find relief from the influences of the dramatic background. We learn to live in the solution by becoming our own loving and responsible self / boss / adult one day at time, discovering our authenticity / true identity and becoming aware of our true basic feelings and needs, as well as, our basic traits (strengths and weaknesses). And we are learning to live with the symptoms of stored trauma / grief (abandonment, victimization, bullying, harassment, abuse or neglect) in our bodies (PTSD) by becoming stronger mentally, emotionally, socially and spiritually. Our well being and self-confidence increase. We stay mindful and move forward from people-pleasing, approval- or validation-seeking or demanding modes which cause us, for example, burnout or hopelessness to healthy independence, freedom and sense of self (integrity). We focus to the core values and activities including open-mindedness and clarity (fragmentation), willingness to learn (experimental learning), understanding and appreciation (respect), honesty and trust (candor), kindness and care (selfless), authenticity and humility (psychological safety), prosperity and success (wealth), finally, self-confidence and -love (acceptance and personal development)).
