In the Stories about Snow workshop, the students shared their experiences of the nature of Utsjoki and their relationship with it by storytelling. The purpose of the workshop was to reflect on one’s own relationship with nature and express thoughts through snow sculpting art.

Nomadic hub of AAE in Karasjok
The theme of the Nomadic Hub was the river which flows through the Karasjok village. The topic was connected to northern nature and relevant to the participants, eighth-grade pupils, and to their everyday lives.

Sustainability portraits animations
Our project was to implement a workshop in Vikajärvi School for grades 3-6. The goal was to explore participants’ identities through introspection, cooperative art-based activities and personal relations to Vikajärvi. We approached the theme of sustainability portraits through the community and its members’ ability to change and adapt.
