<\/p>\nDuring my education I have learned to write like an expert. Effective, formal and very uncreative essays about boring topics related to business in one way or another. That is one thing that this training requires. I had to cut off all the filler words and focus only on the essentials.<\/p>\n
Okay, I have to admit once again that there is a rational reason for that, of course. But that is also the reason that makes all of this text so dull. There has to be a way to communicate more interesting and not to bore reades to death.<\/p>\n
How to interest readers? When you are reading something made by some kind of expert or consultant, don’t you ever get bored? Is there a chance that any of those texts are even slightly interesting? You know the answer.<\/p>\n
Communication between reader and the writer are the most valuable fact that should be used as much as possible.<\/p>\n
External communication, especially in project like ours, is extremely important and should be organized and planned. The goal is to reach the reades and to make them interested about the subject.<\/p>\n
As a student i recognise this problem. I can read for hours and not learn anything. It’s a waste of time, which I definetly do not need, and I guess neither do you or your external target group<\/p>\n
So, to solve this problem I have made you a poster which includes a few good points to remember:<\/p>\n

To concrete this subject I will give you a concrete example for good communication:<\/p>\n
Finnish Tax Administration<\/a> has been very creative an active during this spring when they have been implementing their\u00a0external communication plan. They want to help Finns in tax matters by using social media communication. Finns experience the complexity of taxation and Tax Administration has noticed it. I heard about their wonderful\u00a0communication habits\u00a0 at the lecture of organization communication. I visited their instagram feed and can honestly say that I was very impressed by their work. By answering the questions that the customers are asking and publishing these answers online, they are helping a lot of people. This kind of Action gives them an extremely positive image. They are also applying most of these tips I already mentioned.<\/p>\n I am inspirated by book ”Kirjoita kiinnostavasti” written by Taina Uimonen and I use this piece as my source in this post.
