I will give you a short overview how this method works so you can try it on your own. In addition, I will crystalize the main facts of my topic from the article \u201cBranding in the inbound age\u201d we had to prepare for this lecture.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"attachment-266x266 \" src=\"https:\/\/blogi.eoppimispalvelut.fi\/sarilari\/files\/2018\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2018-09-20-at-14.25.34-2-300x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"364\" height=\"364\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Studying + cake + coffee = Learning Caf\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Learning Caf\u00e9 is a study method where you need to prepare a topic in a group to present and discuss it to the others in small groups as well. You create a nice atmosphere to make it more easy-going and personal. And at least one more thing you should never miss &#8211; cake and coffee.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Preparation <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>We are six people in our group and chose the modern marketing topic \u201cBranding in the inbound age\u201d. If you are interested in this theme, you can follow the link below and read the article.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/57e77855acf9639004c7-e9a75697e4d29b2717fa86aed178a794.r64.cf1.rackcdn.com\/Branding%20in%20the%20Inbound%20Age.pdf\">Article: Branding in the inbound age<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We divided the article into sections. My topic was: \u201cMeasuring the brand\u201d. This part was quite interesting. In todays world we have a lot of opportunities to analyze the customer journey and to improve the customer experience to satisfy them and in addition to increase the company\u2019s value. Examples for the analysis are:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; closed loop marketing: analyzing what happens between the first and the \u201cbuy now\u201d clicks of a purchase<br \/>\n&#8211;&gt; evaluate the data &#8211;&gt; improve the website &#8211;&gt; get customer feedback<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; attribution: Which channel did the customer use to get to the website<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Learning Caf\u00e9<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>After everyone summarized their section, we discussed the article and created together a mind map for the presentation.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"attachment-266x266 \" src=\"https:\/\/blogi.eoppimispalvelut.fi\/sarilari\/files\/2018\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2018-09-20-at-13.17.28.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"222\" height=\"396\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"attachment-266x266 \" src=\"https:\/\/blogi.eoppimispalvelut.fi\/sarilari\/files\/2018\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2018-09-20-at-13.18.38.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"222\" height=\"395\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ginny had to stay at our table to demonstrate our topic to another group, while we moved on to the next table to get to know about the other group\u2019s topics. The concept works like speed dating. In the end Ginny had to present our topic in front of the whole class. I learned plenty of new things about different modern marketing strategies.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"attachment-266x266 \" src=\"https:\/\/blogi.eoppimispalvelut.fi\/sarilari\/files\/2018\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2018-09-20-at-13.19.26-2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"427\" height=\"321\" \/><\/p>\n<p>One of the most interesting themes was the Zero Moment Of Truth (ZMOT). I have never heard about this before. It\u2019s the first impression that matters before we buy an item, while searching for information.<br \/>\nIf you want to get some more information, below please find some nice short videos about some topics we discussed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=l_Ei7CxXwuo\">Digital Mobile Marketing\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=g40rrWBx2ok\">Zero Moment Of Truth<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=9m45nVsvvEY\">Social Media Marketing<\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> The Caf\u00e9 part <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Finally, we got some delicious cake and coffee, everyone was waiting for this nice part.<br \/>\nTo put it in a nutshell, it was a very interactive lesson and we had a lot of fun working together in our group.
