Starting Business in Lapland MOOC<\/span>\u00a0-project\u00a0<\/span>advances entrepreneurship and business ecosystem in Lapland by creating a\u00a0<\/span>high-quality<\/span>\u00a0MOOC (= Massive Open Online Course) for university students and international experts interested in\u00a0<\/span>starting a new business in Lapland. MOOC is created by\u00a0taking into account\u00a0Lapland as a special business operating\u00a0<\/span>environment and the specific characteristics of its industries. The\u00a0<\/span>main mission\u00a0<\/span>of the project is to advance\u00a0<\/span>entrepreneurship in Lapland and especially\u00a0<\/span>in<\/span>\u00a0Lapland\u2019s key business areas.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0The project also develops\u00a0<\/span>Lapland universities MOOC-competences to international level.\u00a0<\/span>The key target groups in the project are university students in Lapland and international experts connected to the key\u00a0<\/span>business sectors of Lapland. The project is divided into five work packages:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Work package 1: Benchmarking international MOOC-solutions and seminars.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Work package 2: Designing Starting Business in Lapland MOOC.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Work package 3: Implementation and development of Starting Business in Lapland MOOC.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Work package 4: Marketing Starting Business in Lapland MOOC.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Work package 5: Project management.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
