Mon-Tue Time arrival between 13:00-14:00 and 19:00-20:00
Wed-Thu Time arrival between 11:00-13:00 and 19:00-20:00
Friday arrival between 13:00-14:00 and 17:00-18:00
Sat arrival between10.00-11.30
Sun arrival between 16:30-18:30
In the evenings you can train at the gym until 00:00. So you have to be inside the gym those time frames.
