Roadmap for Civil Safety

The aim is to produce a Civil Safety Roadmap in multifunctional and inclusive cooperation. The roadmap charts the current situation, defines the vision and goal and the main areas of development along with their indicators, and proposes concrete steps for the identified areas of development. The roadmap builds a path from plans to action, so the implementation of the roadmap is planned in collaboration with regional stakeholders. This will ensure that the roadmap isn’t a separate plan, but integrated into ongoing regional development work. The roadmap aims to identify and recognize the competence of network actors, avoid possible overlapping work and make efficient use of scarce resources.

Project activities are:
1. Mapping of the current situation and actors. Schedule December 2020 – February 2021.
2. Designing the Roadmap. Schedule January 2021 – June 2021
3. Implementation and financing plan of the Roadmap. Schedule January 2021 – September 2021

The total budget of the project is € 95,335, of which ESF and state funding account for € 76,268 (80%). The share of Lapland University of Applied Sciences is € 19,067 (20%).
