ANNA-EMILIA HAAPAKOSKI, JUNIOR RESEARCHER

Anna-Emilia Haapakoski, Ammi for short, (M. Soc. Sc.) is a University teacher of Tourism Research at the Faculty of Social Sciences in University of Lapland. She also teaches Experience Design at the Faculty of Arts. Her research interests lie in explorations and writing ideas of slowness. She dreams of finding ways to more peaceful and caring living within nature and its cycles. In her research she appreciates artistic approaches that help expressing these thoughts and create new imaginings. After work she pets cats, eats berries whenever possible, and reads fairy tales.
