With these instructions, you can edit a credit transfer application if it has been returned for supplementation or correction. Always remember to return the application for processing after making changes.
Start editing the application by selecting eRPL below the “My studies” menu.
If your application includes any errors/missing information, the application will be returned to you for completion (Returned).
You can reselect an application for processing by selecting “Actions” and “Modify”.
The “Applications” window shows how many credit transfers for which you have applied have been returned.
The application status is also shown at the top of the application.
If an application is returned, it will also include a message from the handler indicating the changes required in the application.
Start editing an application using the pen icon. If required, you can also remove a credit transfer from an application.
Editing a substitution application
You can edit study or competence information using the pen icon. If required, you can also remove a credit transfer from an application.
You can remove selected studies from an application or add new studies by clicking the arrow button.
You can also change the application handler, but only do so when requested separately. Credit transfer type can be changed as well, if required.
Finally, save all changes.
Editing an inclusion application

You can also change the location of included studies in your ISP.
Finally, save all changes.
Once you have made the changes required in returned applications, send the application back for processing.
You can also enter your comments for the handler but it’s not mandatory. Click “Return to processing”.
The application has now been returned for processing.
